We are seeking a seasoned Energy & Utilities Industry Specialist to drive strategic initiatives and deliver tangible business value for our clients. Leverage your deep industry knowledge to support strategic pursuits, client engagements, and the development of cutting-edge solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Capgemini's industry offerings and collaborating with key technology partners to build joint ventures that address complex energy challenges.

Spearhead strategic pursuits, client workshops, and solutioning activities within the Energy & Utilities sector. Develop reusable industry assets, solution blueprints, and accelerators to enhance our service delivery.

Drive the development of industry offerings focused on areas like Integrated Power, Grid Modernization, Asset Management, and AI-enabled transformations. Act as a subject matter expert for DERMS platforms and DER orchestration capabilities, including solar PV, BESS, EVs, and microgrids.

Lead DERMS platform assessments, fit-gap analyses, and technology selections. Monitor industry trends and translate emerging client needs into innovative market solutions. Create thought leadership content and client-facing collateral to showcase our expertise.

A minimum of 12-17 years of progressive experience in Energy & Utilities, consulting, digital transformation, or technology services is essential. A strong understanding of utility business domains, including generation, transmission, distribution, and customer services, is required.

Demonstrated experience in large transformation programs, solution architecture, and strategic pursuits. Familiarity with utility technologies like SCADA, ADMS, DERMS, OMS, GIS, Data Platforms, Cloud, and AI is highly desirable.

Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively across global teams, account management, sales, and partner organizations.
