This role is for a skilled End-to-End Planner who will drive informed business decisions by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to uncover trends and insights crucial for company growth.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and confirming norm changes for operational boundary adjustments, and supporting Supply Chain plans by participating in MTCP/LTCP meetings. For changes extending beyond operational boundaries, you will present recommendations to the Demand Fulfillment Manager for discussion and approval. You will also share residual projections with Finance and discuss L2 KPIs with management on a monthly basis.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 9-12 years in Demand and Supply Planning, including proven team leadership experience. A strong aptitude for problem-solving and excellent analytical skills are essential. Familiarity with distribution planning from Sourcing Units to Distribution Centers is also required.
