Join the Risk & Brand Protection team as an Assistant Manager in Delivery Excellence, based in Delhi. This role involves working closely with firm-wide stakeholders on crucial areas like data analytics, data management, research, and reporting. Support stakeholders across the firm, including QRM teams and client-facing groups, to gather vital data for risk and quality management. Assist in defining requirements for technological solutions and automating risk and quality management processes. Collaborate with internal teams to aid in the development of essential tools. Analyze RFP and Tender documents to identify and summarize key risks. Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for leadership. Develop training materials to promote risk and quality management best practices firm-wide. Perform other assigned duties as required to support team objectives.

A postgraduate degree, ideally in a quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics, is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, data management, research, and reporting. Demonstrated eagerness to acquire new skills and technologies to add value to stakeholders. Experience assisting with in-house tool development is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and relationship management capabilities are essential. Keen attention to detail and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts. Prior experience in risk and quality management is preferred.
