Join our Delivery Excellence team within Risk & Brand Protection, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency. This role is central to supporting stakeholders across the firm with advanced data analytics, robust data management, insightful research, and clear reporting.

As a Senior Executive, you will play a crucial part in the RRO delivery excellence initiatives, contributing directly to the firm's risk mitigation and brand integrity efforts. Your work will be pivotal in driving data-informed decisions and improving processes.

Key responsibilities include meticulously collecting, organizing, and validating data from various sources to support comprehensive reporting and analysis.

You will be instrumental in crafting impactful presentations for internal stakeholders and preparing detailed MIS reports and dashboards to monitor essential metrics and emerging trends.

Furthermore, you'll perform in-depth data analysis using tools like Excel, employing graphs and pivot tables to extract actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.

This role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data, follow up on information requests, and documenting basic requirements for process enhancements, assisting in their successful implementation.

We are seeking candidates with a postgraduate degree, ideally in a quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.

Applicants should possess at least 2 to 5 years of professional experience in data analytics, data management, research, and reporting.

A strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like Lookups, If Loops, Pivot Tables, and Chart creation, is essential.

Demonstrated ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are required.

While not mandatory, proficiency in Power BI is considered a significant advantage. We also value a genuine willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving business processes.
