Join our dynamic Resource Management team in Bengaluru, playing a crucial role in aligning skilled professionals with client projects. This position is integral to maximizing project efficiency by expertly planning, scheduling, and allocating our talent pool.

As a key member, you will ensure optimal resource utilization, monitor project variances, and enhance overall capacity. Your contribution will directly impact the success of our engagements by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Key responsibilities include optimizing resource deployment for maximum utilization, maintaining accurate resource schedules on our internal management tool, and resolving scheduling conflicts promptly.

You will also be responsible for tracking and fulfilling business requirements within established timelines, managing the internal talent pool (bench), and ensuring the timely flow of management information systems (MIS) data.

This role involves extensive demand tracking, identifying training needs, collaborating with other Resource Managers for cross-deployment, and preparing comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards. You'll also conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends and ensure compliance tracking.

We seek individuals with strong analytical abilities, particularly in identifying and communicating data trends. Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions like lookups, pivot tables, and charts, is essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, alongside exceptional presentation, team, and stakeholder management abilities. The capacity to handle sensitive information and manage escalations is also required.

While an MBA is preferred, candidates with 1-6 years of experience in resource deployment, staffing, scheduling, and reporting within professional services or consulting environments are encouraged to apply.
