The Resource Management team plays a vital part in planning, scheduling, and deploying talent effectively. We monitor project timelines against planned schedules and actuals, aiming to boost team utilization by optimizing available capacity and ensuring seamless operations.

Develop and implement scalable React.js frontends and Node.js backends for high-performance web applications.

Deploy and manage applications on Azure or other cloud platforms, utilizing services like App Services, Container Registry, Azure Functions, and Blob Storage.

Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React and Next.js, focusing on server-side rendering and client-side optimization.

Develop and optimize secure RESTful APIs for reliable integration with internal and external services.

Manage relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cosmos DB) databases, including schema design and query optimization.

Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the team to uphold coding, testing, and security best practices.
