Evaluate business relationships, service arrangements, and financial interests for adherence to independence requirements. Proactively identify independence threats and propose effective mitigation strategies. Monitor activities including the Engagement Acceptance Testing (EAT) process, report issuance, and related tasks, aligning with International Standards on Quality Management (ISQM). Handle data for independence and conflict checks during mergers and acquisitions, coordinating with global teams. Assist in management activities such as dashboard creation and MIS reporting. Review the work of junior team members, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.

A Qualified CA is essential for this role. This Deputy Manager position requires 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Compliance and Risk Management, within an overall professional experience of 6-9 years. Demonstrated strong command of the English language, both in spoken and written communication, is mandatory. Familiarity with audit client acceptance, conflict checks, and regulatory compliance processes is considered a significant advantage.
