This role involves supporting high-impact strategic and operational projects, assisting in the design and implementation of practical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will track project milestones, identify risks, and provide operational support including meeting preparation and briefing material development.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and improving operational processes, performing detailed data analysis on various financial and operational metrics, and preparing accurate, timely reports. You will also develop clear PowerPoint presentations for leadership, translating data into simple, structured insights and visual summaries. Continuous improvement of processes, reporting, and ways of working is also a key aspect of this role.

We are seeking individuals with strong working knowledge of MS Excel for financial and operational analysis and modeling, along with the ability to convert data sets into meaningful insights. Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Python, R, or Alteryx is considered an advantage.

Candidates should possess strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail, along with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. A structured problem-solving approach and a willingness to learn are essential. Good PowerPoint skills for creating professional presentations and effective written and verbal communication are also required.

Ideal qualifications include a Graduate degree (B.Com / BBA) or CA (Inter) or a relevant finance qualification from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution. Professional certifications are a plus. A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is desired. Basic understanding of software testing methodologies, familiarity with writing and executing test cases, and knowledge of bug-tracking tools are beneficial.
