This position focuses on providing crucial project and business support, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of strategic projects. You will assist in developing practical solutions to business challenges and coordinate with various internal teams to support initiative execution.
Operational and analytical support will be a significant part of your role. This includes assisting with operational tasks, improving existing processes, and performing in-depth data analysis on key financial and operational metrics. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate and timely reports.
Support strategic and operational projects, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery. Assist in crafting and implementing effective solutions for project and business challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional departments like Finance, IT, and HR for seamless initiative execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and contribute to mitigation strategies. Provide operational support, including meeting preparation and developing briefing materials. Review and enhance operational processes and internal procedures for greater efficiency. Conduct data analysis on metrics such as headcount, revenue, billing, and cash flow. Independently prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholder engagements. Translate complex data into clear, understandable insights and visual summaries. Identify opportunities for process and reporting improvements across projects and operations.
A graduate degree in B.Com or BBA, or CA (Inter), or a similar finance qualification from a reputable institution is required. Professional certifications like CA, CIMA, ACCA, ICWA, or CMA are highly advantageous. A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Essential skills include strong proficiency in MS Excel for financial and operational analysis, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data sets. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Python, R, or Alteryx is a significant plus. You should possess strong analytical and logical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail, alongside the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. A structured approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn are crucial.
Excellent PowerPoint skills for creating professional presentations are necessary. Effective written and verbal communication abilities are vital for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting. Basic understanding of software testing methodologies, test case execution, and bug-tracking tools are considered beneficial.
