As a key member, you'll engage directly with senior leadership (CXOs) in a fast-paced environment, implementing strategic initiatives and driving significant business achievements.

Provide crucial support for high-impact strategic and operational projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Assist in designing and implementing practical solutions for project and business challenges, collaborating with Finance, IT, HR, and Business Operations.

Track project milestones, monitor progress, identify risks, and support mitigation actions. Operational support includes meeting preparation, initiative coordination, and briefing material development.

Analyze data related to headcount, revenue, billing, cash flow, and working capital. Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports accurately and promptly. Develop impactful PowerPoint presentations and translate complex data into simple, structured insights.

A graduate degree in B.Com, BBA, CA (Inter), or a related finance qualification from a reputable institution is required. Professional certifications like CA, CIMA, ACCA, ICWA, or CMA are advantageous.

A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is also highly desirable.

Essential skills include strong MS Excel proficiency for financial and operational analysis, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data. Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and independent work ethic are crucial.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, strong written and verbal communication, and collaborative abilities are necessary. Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Python, R, or Alteryx is a plus, as is basic familiarity with software testing methodologies and bug-tracking tools.
