As a BI Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and testing robust dashboards. Your expertise will ensure these solutions are scalable, manageable, extensible, and performant, promoting reusability across the organization.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance dashboards, ensuring scalability and reusability. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for dashboard development. Translate complex business needs into intuitive and effective data visualizations. Create insightful reports and dashboards to improve and automate business processes. Participate in iterative review cycles to deliver solutions that meet and exceed user expectations. Adhere to established software coding and style guides for consistency and quality. Efficiently query and display large datasets, optimizing workbook performance.

Requires 1-3 years of experience in dashboard development, with a strong emphasis on Power BI. Proficiency in software engineering best practices and Power BI dashboard development is essential. Demonstrated expertise in data visualization techniques and principles. Experience manipulating structured and unstructured data from diverse sources, including on-premises, cloud, and APIs. Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server and Databricks is expected. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred for this role.
