Join Deloitte Shared Services India LLP as a Deputy Manager in our Infra & Network Services team, based in Bengaluru.

This role is part of the Enabling Areas – Information Technology department, dedicated to developing and maintaining applications that enhance the employee experience for Deloitte.

You will play a crucial role in shaping our network infrastructure, ensuring it is robust, secure, and capable of supporting our business objectives.

Design and implement robust network infrastructure to support scalable, secure, and high-performance business operations.

Monitor and maintain network security controls, safeguarding systems and data against threats.

Collaborate with business teams to translate functional requirements into effective network solutions.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and global teams to ensure seamless project delivery and swift issue resolution.

Plan, execute, and document infrastructure projects, aligning with technical standards and organizational goals.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex, escalated network issues to ensure minimal downtime and continuous service.

A CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred, coupled with 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in network design and build.

Strong expertise in Routing, Switching, and Wireless Technologies is essential.

Proven experience with Data Center infrastructure, SD WAN, and Network Security technologies is required.

Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary for troubleshooting complex network architectures.

Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and executing network design and projects, along with documentation, is key.

Outstanding communication and collaboration skills are vital for effective teamwork with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as well as understanding business requirements and designing solutions.
