As part of the Enabling Area – Information Technology team, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining applications that enhance employee experience across Deloitte South Asia. We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of robust SharePoint solutions.

Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of custom SharePoint solutions utilizing SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services. Migrate existing SharePoint environments to the modern SharePoint Online platform. Customize SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries to meet evolving business needs. Integrate SharePoint seamlessly with Microsoft 365 tools and external applications. Provide crucial technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Conduct thorough code reviews and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective solutions. Ensure all developed solutions adhere to industry best practices for security, governance, and compliance.

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of hands-on SharePoint development experience, specifically with SharePoint Online. Demonstrate deep proficiency in SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Showcase strong experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and integrating with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure AD.

Familiarity with SharePoint development tools like PnP, CSOM, JSOM, and CAML queries is essential. Exhibit excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation capabilities. Experience with PowerShell scripting is considered a valuable asset. Preferred qualifications include relevant Microsoft certifications and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
