As an Assistant Manager in Process Quality Assurance, you will be instrumental in ensuring the consistent quality and efficiency of our processes, aligning them with ISO 42001-2023 standards. You will be a key player in implementing the ISO 42001 framework, ensuring compliance with AI risk, ethics, and governance requirements across various projects and functions.

Key responsibilities include implementing the ISO 42001 framework and defining, documenting, and institutionalizing AI governance policies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to AI risk, ethics, and governance requirements. Conducting thorough internal audits and providing training on ISO 42001 and quality practices are also vital. Leading root cause analysis for process deviations and participating in continuous improvement initiatives are core to this role. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices is essential.

This position requires 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the IT industry, with a proven track record of 4-8 years in process quality assurance or a related IT role. A strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and best practices is necessary. Proficiency with quality management tools, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities are expected. A detail-oriented approach and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are also crucial.
