This role is crucial in managing local IT operations and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee end-user operations at our Hyderabad location. This position involves ensuring the consistent and high-quality delivery of IT services, managing critical support functions, and collaborating with central IT teams to maintain operational excellence.
Manage comprehensive site-level technology support, ensuring reliable IT operations and end-user services.
Coordinate crucial activities including incident resolution, service request fulfillment, asset management, and escalation handling.
Collaborate with central IT operations, providing regular site-specific updates and detailed reports.
Deliver prompt and discreet priority support for VIP users, ensuring their technological needs are met efficiently.
Liaise with internal teams and operational partners to guarantee uninterrupted service continuity.
Uphold the firm's stringent IT, information security, and compliance standards.
Champion quality service, operational discipline, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all site IT operations.
We are looking for candidates with a B.Tech, B.E. in Computer Science, or an MCA, coupled with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, end-user support, or workplace technology services.
Key qualifications include working knowledge of IT service management tools, particularly ServiceNow, and proficiency in Windows operating systems, desktop support, and general IT troubleshooting.
Experience in managing incidents, service requests, and escalations is essential. A strong grasp of IT asset management, including lifecycle processes, secure data wiping, and disposal, is also required.
Candidates should possess experience with end-user backup solutions, compliance reporting, Microsoft workstation imaging frameworks, and basic network/server troubleshooting with exposure to Cisco and Azure.
Proven team management, vendor coordination, and project management skills are necessary, as is the ability to provide discreet and responsive VIP user support. Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management principles is beneficial.
