Your role will involve managing site-level technology support and ensuring consistent delivery of IT operations services. You'll coordinate incident, service request, asset, and escalation management activities, while working closely with central IT operations for regular site updates and reporting.

Key duties include providing responsive support for VIP users, coordinating with internal teams and operational partners for service continuity, and ensuring adherence to IT, information security, and compliance standards. You will also drive quality service, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across all site IT operations.

We are seeking candidates with a B.Tech or BE in Computer Science or MCA, coupled with 5-6 years of experience in IT operations, end-user support, or workplace technology services. A strong working knowledge of IT service management tools, particularly ServiceNow, is essential.

Proficiency in Windows operating systems, desktop support, IT troubleshooting, and experience in incident, service request, and escalation management are required. You should possess a solid understanding of IT asset management and lifecycle processes, along with experience in end-user backup solutions and compliance reporting. Basic network and server troubleshooting skills, including exposure to Cisco and Azure platforms, are also necessary. Proven team management, vendor coordination, and project management skills are vital for success in this role.
