As a key member of the Enabling Areas – Information Technology team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in refining enterprise applications and steering impactful digital initiatives.
We seek a proactive Business Analyst adept at collaborating with both business and technology departments. The ideal candidate will translate complex business challenges into actionable technology strategies and manage projects from conception through to successful deployment.
Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand challenges, meticulously gather requirements, and architect functional solutions. Prepare comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, user stories, and detailed process flows (As-Is/To-Be). Analyze existing processes to pinpoint opportunities for automation and recommend robust, scalable technology solutions. Conduct thorough impact analysis, facilitate solution walkthroughs, prioritize requirements, and secure stakeholder approvals. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Development, QA, and Business Users throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Define and document integration requirements for enterprise applications, APIs, and workflow platforms. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defect triage, and oversee production deployments. Spearhead AI-enabled business initiatives, identify use cases, define AI requirements, and ensure compliance with AI governance and Responsible AI principles.
A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong focus on requirement gathering and process mapping. Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, alongside experience in business process re-engineering and automation. Demonstrated skills in stakeholder and client management, functional solution design, and impact analysis. Experience with API and enterprise system integration, coupled with familiarity in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Solid understanding of functional testing, UAT, and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential. Exposure to AI/Generative AI solutions, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted requirement analysis is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI Governance, Responsible AI concepts, and workflow automation tools (RPA, Power Automate) is beneficial. Basic SQL and data analysis skills, along with proficiency in Visio, Draw.io, or BPMN for process modelling, are required.
