Join our Information Technology team as an Assistant Manager in Business Analysis, based in Delhi. This role is integral to enhancing employee experience through building and maintaining key Deloitte applications. You will partner with business and technology teams to drive digital transformation, automate processes, and improve enterprise applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and define functional solutions. Develop essential documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows. Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend scalable technology solutions. Conduct impact analyses, walkthroughs, and ensure stakeholder sign-offs. Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA throughout the SDLC. Define integration requirements across enterprise applications and APIs. Support UAT, defect triaging, and post-implementation validation. Drive AI initiatives by identifying use cases, documenting AI requirements, and adhering to AI governance.

A professional with 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis is sought. Essential skills include requirement gathering, BRD/FRD/User Story creation, process mapping, business process re-engineering, and automation. Proficiency in stakeholder and client management, functional solution design, and impact analysis is required. Experience with API and enterprise system integration, along with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies, is crucial. The role also demands experience in functional testing and UAT, familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps/ServiceNow, and strong command over Microsoft Office Suite. Exposure to AI/Generative AI, AI use case identification, prompt engineering, and AI governance is highly valued. Experience with workflow automation platforms like RPA or Power Automate, basic SQL, data analysis, and process modelling tools like Visio or Draw.io is also beneficial.
