We are seeking an individual who can bridge the gap between business needs and advanced AI capabilities, driving innovation and ensuring seamless integration of AI features into our platforms. This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, product vision, and technical understanding of AI and GenAI concepts.

Engage stakeholders through interviews and workshops to capture detailed functional and non-functional requirements, including BRDs and user stories. Conduct gap analysis and feasibility assessments, ensuring product features align with business objectives. Define and prioritize the product vision and roadmap for AI features, managing backlogs based on value and risk. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews, maintaining clear release plans and OKRs. Translate complex use cases into effective LLM/GenAI solutions, collaborating closely with Data Science and ML engineers. Coordinate data availability, model monitoring, and governance aspects with relevant platform teams. Showcase developed increments, validate requirements with business users, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop training materials and support post-launch analysis for continuous improvement. Maintain essential project artifacts like journey maps and process flows, and partner with QA leads on testing strategies.

Possess a robust Business Analysis toolkit, including expertise in elicitation, analysis, documentation, and UAT. Demonstrate proficiency with product management tools like Jira/ADO and Confluence, along with strong MS Office skills for analysis and communication. Exhibit AI literacy, understanding LLMs/GenAI concepts, RAG patterns, evaluation criteria, and data governance. Crucially, you must foster collaboration across Data Science, Engineering, and UX teams, demonstrating excellent stakeholder communication abilities.

A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required. You should have at least 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on NLP, including 2 years specifically in GenAI, ideally within industry or research settings. Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch is essential. Familiarity with data visualization tools, containerization technologies, and a basic understanding of system design and ML-Ops practices are also expected. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills are key.
