Join our Finance & Accounts team as a Deputy Manager, leading the EL Enablement & Validation Team in Delhi. This role is crucial for overseeing engagement letter validation, project code setup governance, and ensuring high standards of quality assurance. You will be instrumental in fostering efficient and compliant engagement onboarding processes, delivering a superior experience for all stakeholders involved.

Lead and mentor a team focused on engagement letter reviews and project code setup. Ensure thorough validation of engagement letters and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance. Oversee timely and precise project code setup in SWIFT, aligning with approved documentation. Serve as the primary contact for resolving complex issues and discrepancies. Collaborate with various teams to streamline information flow and ensure smooth project execution. Monitor service delivery and team performance to maintain operational excellence. Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives. Support governance, risk, audit, and compliance requirements through robust documentation and adherence to established procedures. Utilize data and reporting to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in operations, shared services, compliance, or related fields is required. Proven experience in leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships within a dynamic, service-oriented environment is essential. Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, process improvements, and quality management is expected. While a degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Strong leadership, analytical, and advanced Excel skills are key.
