Join our Finance & Accounts team as a Senior Executive in Project Controlling, based in Bengaluru. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to financial initiatives, focusing on cost management, cash flow optimization, and driving finance transformation within an automated environment. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure precise financial tracking, robust reporting, and continuous process enhancement.

Key responsibilities include assisting with project-level cost analysis and reporting, tracking billed, unbilled, and unapplied cash positions, and supporting working capital initiatives. You will also collaborate on billing and revenue forecasts, analyze forecast gaps, and maintain performance dashboards. Contributing to finance transformation and automation efforts, ensuring adherence to financial controls, and preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders are also integral parts of this role.

We are seeking qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, ideally within a services or consulting setting. Big 4 articleship experience is highly valued. Proficiency in SAP and Excel is essential. Familiarity with FieldGlass, Anaplan, or I-certis is a significant advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities are crucial for success in this position.
