Join our Finance & Accounts team as a Senior Executive in Project Controlling, based in Bengaluru. You will play a key role in supporting financial initiatives, focusing on cost management and cash flow optimization within a dynamic, automated environment. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and drive financial process improvements.

Key responsibilities include conducting project-level cost analysis, tracking billed and unbilled cash, and supporting working capital initiatives. You will also contribute to revenue forecasting, analyze billing variances, and assist in maintaining performance documentation. Furthermore, you'll support automation efforts, gather business requirements, and ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance standards.

Ideal candidates will be Qualified CAs with Big 4 articleship experience or a minimum of 2 years in finance, preferably within a services or consulting context. Proficiency in SAP and Excel is essential. Familiarity with FieldGlass, Anaplan, or I-certis is advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities are required. Experience in finance transformation or automation projects is a plus.
