This Manager role within the Finance and Accounts (F&A) Enabling Areas team focuses on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at the Bengaluru Eco space. The position is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis for critical business units, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making processes. You will also manage a team of analysts, collaborate with senior leaders, and ensure sound financial governance, accurate forecasting, and effective performance optimization.

Key responsibilities include leading comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across various business units. You will partner closely with senior business leaders to shape financial decisions and strategic initiatives. This role involves reviewing and refining financial models, conducting scenario planning, and performing detailed variance analysis. Additionally, you will drive monthly and quarterly business reviews, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities, while overseeing spend management and cost optimization efforts.

The role also requires developing executive dashboards and performance reports for leadership, mentoring and managing a team of analysts to foster continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and reporting systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a CA or MBA (Finance) qualification with 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance. Proven success in managing financial planning cycles and effectively partnering with businesses is essential. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, are required. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems, with SAP experience being preferred, is necessary.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role. Prior experience in managing teams and facilitating cross-functional collaboration is also a key requirement for success.
