Join our Finance and Accounts team as a Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role involves leading financial planning and analysis for key business units, providing strategic insights, and supporting crucial decision-making processes. You will oversee a team of analysts, collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, and ensure strong financial governance, accurate forecasting, and optimized performance.

Key responsibilities include spearheading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across various business units. You will partner with senior business leaders to guide financial decisions and strategic initiatives, while also reviewing and enhancing financial models, scenario planning, and variance analysis.

Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews, highlighting critical trends, risks, and opportunities. You will manage spend and implement cost optimization efforts, develop executive dashboards, and mentor a team of analysts to foster continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and reporting systems is also essential.

We are seeking candidates with a CA or MBA (Finance) and 10-12 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance. Essential qualifications include proven experience in leading financial planning cycles and robust business partnering.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are crucial, alongside meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP preferred) is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, coupled with experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration, are vital for success in this role.
