Join our Finance & Accounts team as a Manager in Mumbai, contributing to critical financial operations. This role involves detailed analysis, reporting, and ensuring the integrity of financial data within a dynamic service-based organization. Manage and review transaction accruals and allocations, ensuring accuracy during month-end close. Conduct in-depth variance analysis and expense reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities. Perform detailed P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining data integrity. Actively participate in the month-end close process and generate comprehensive group reports. Serve as the primary contact for Accounting Operations with Business Unit Finance leaders. Analyze L3 P&L, balance sheets, and statistical data to uncover trends and suggest process improvements. Collaborate with teams to develop and refine financial forecasts and plans. Develop and present clear, accurate MIS reports and global submissions. Prepare statutory accounts for the entity as per applicable GAAP, coordinating with tax and accounting teams.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in GL/FP&A within a service-based organization is required. Professional services, consulting, or technology services experience is highly preferred. Possession of Chartered Accountant, ACCA, or CWA qualifications is essential. Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with practical application focus. Deep, hands-on working knowledge of SAP is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to detailed analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and concise interactions. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
