Join our Finance & Accounts team as an Assistant Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This role is pivotal in guiding strategic financial decisions for key business units, offering significant opportunities for impact and growth.

You will be instrumental in shaping financial strategies, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and optimizing financial performance through insightful analysis and robust governance. Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across various business units. Partner closely with senior business leaders to influence strategic financial decisions and initiatives. Enhance financial models, conduct scenario planning, and perform detailed variance analysis. Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities. Oversee cost optimization strategies and manage departmental spend effectively. Develop executive dashboards and performance reports for leadership. Mentor and manage a team of financial analysts, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine financial processes and reporting systems.

We are seeking candidates with a CA or MBA (Finance) qualification and 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.

Demonstrated experience in leading financial planning cycles and effective business partnering is essential. Candidates should possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems, with SAP experience being a significant advantage, is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are crucial for success in this role. Previous experience in managing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration is highly valued.
