As a Senior Executive in our Digital Excellence Centre Team, your primary focus will be on cultivating strong, positive working relationships with both internal teams and clients to consistently surpass expectations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a preference for React or Vue. Collaboration with UI/UX designers and back-end developers is key to implementing and enhancing features. Additionally, you'll optimize applications for speed, performance, and usability across all devices, write clean, scalable, and reusable code, and troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility issues. Active participation in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives is also expected.

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with over 2 years of experience, holding a BE, B.Tech, or M.Tech degree. Essential technical proficiencies include strong command over JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end development practices. Experience with building scalable applications using React with TypeScript is crucial. You should be proficient in state management solutions like Redux and Context API, adept at integrating RESTful APIs, and comfortable with asynchronous programming. A solid understanding of performance optimization techniques for high-quality user interfaces is required. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience in writing and maintaining tests using Jest and React Testing Library are also necessary. Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and effective collaboration skills are vital for delivering efficient and reliable solutions.
