As a Senior Executive in the Digital Excellence Centre, you will cultivate strong working relationships with internal teams and clients to consistently surpass expectations. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern technologies.

You will lead and mentor a development team, ensuring high code quality, adherence to best practices, and timely feature delivery. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging your deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms to efficiently tackle complex technical challenges. You will also be responsible for developing both backend and frontend components, managing RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and implementing robust security and data protection measures.

Furthermore, you will develop responsive user interfaces with React.js and backend services using Node.js and FastAPI, deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and write comprehensive unit and integration tests. Active participation in Agile ceremonies and close collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential. Continuous learning and contributing to process improvements are also encouraged.

We are seeking a Senior Executive with 2 to 5 years of hands-on software development experience, specifically in building web applications. A proven ability to lead a team of developers is essential.

Strong technical acumen in Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving is required. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL is a must. You should have demonstrable experience with industry-standard RDBMS or NoSQL databases, as well as modern JavaScript dialects like ES6 and TypeScript.

Experience in writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, alongside designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications is crucial. Familiarity with security and data protection best practices is also expected. Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI frameworks, coupled with experience in building applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and writing unit tests using Jest, Mocha, and PyTest, is highly valued.
