Join the Digital Excellence Centre (DEC) as a Senior Executive in Data Science. This team is dedicated to creating innovative products and platforms for Deloitte India, focusing on exceptional customer experiences through design thinking and cutting-edge technology. You'll be part of a diverse team of experts in data science, technology, user experience, and product management.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, your role is pivotal in developing and deploying advanced artificial intelligence solutions. You will design, build, and refine sophisticated machine learning models and existing systems, pushing the boundaries of AI capabilities.

You will partner with stakeholders to pinpoint high-impact data applications that address significant business challenges. This includes identifying, mining, and analyzing medium to large datasets to extract insights that generate new client value. You will develop and implement robust statistical and machine learning models, alongside processes to enhance model performance and automation.

Furthermore, you'll collaborate across functions to test, deploy, and iterate on data science solutions, including building and evaluating A/B tests. Providing feedback to improve data collection quality for adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy is also a key part of this role.

To excel in this role, you need strong skills in statistics and programming, coupled with a deep understanding of data science and software engineering principles. The ability to process complex datasets and perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends is essential.

Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, NLP, and quantitative techniques for business problem-solving is required, alongside expertise in deep learning. You should be able to communicate complex statistical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

A creative mindset with a proven ability to innovate is highly valued.
