You'll collaborate with a diverse group of experts including data scientists, product managers, and technology specialists.

As an Assistant Manager in Data Science, you will spearhead the development and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence solutions. Your role will be instrumental in crafting sophisticated machine learning models and enhancing existing systems to push the boundaries of AI technology.

Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact data applications for solving critical business challenges. Mine and analyze extensive datasets to uncover insights that generate new business value.

Develop and implement robust statistical and machine learning models, with processes for continuous evaluation and performance improvement. Lead the testing, deployment, and iteration of data science solutions across various functions.

Execute and evaluate A/B tests to optimize outcomes. Provide crucial feedback to enhance data collection quality, ensuring data adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy through cross-source validation and correlation analysis.

This role requires 3 to 5 years of experience. You should possess the ability to process complex datasets and conduct exploratory data analysis to identify significant trends and relationships.

Demonstrated experience in applying statistical modeling, machine learning, NLP, and other quantitative techniques to business problems is essential, along with expertise in deep learning. A strong understanding of statistics and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both expert and non-expert audiences are crucial.
