You will be instrumental in crafting innovative products and platforms for Deloitte India, prioritizing exceptional customer experiences through design thinking and cutting-edge technology. Our team comprises diverse specialists including technology experts, quality engineers, UX researchers, data scientists, and product managers.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies. You will lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high code quality and timely feature delivery. Responsibilities include applying strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to solve complex technical challenges, developing both backend and frontend components with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL, and building applications with RDBMS and NoSQL databases. You'll also implement features using modern JavaScript and TypeScript standards, write reusable and efficient code, design high-performance systems, and ensure application security. Developing responsive user interfaces with React.js and backend services with Node.js/FastAPI, deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and writing comprehensive tests are key aspects of this position. Active participation in Agile ceremonies and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of hands-on software development experience and a proven ability to lead development teams. A solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and excellent problem-solving skills are crucial. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL is required, along with demonstrated experience in RDBMS/NoSQL databases. Familiarity with ES6+ and TypeScript, along with experience in writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, is necessary. Experience designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications, as well as implementing security and data protection best practices, is expected. Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI frameworks, alongside cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), is required. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and PyTest is also essential. Candidates should be comfortable with Agile methodologies and possess a strong desire to learn and grow.
