Join our Employee Relations team in India as an Employee Relations Specialist. This pivotal role supports employee relations initiatives, including investigations and performance management, for our aligned business groups.
You will collaborate closely with business managers and the HR team, offering guidance on policies, legal compliance, and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in HR investigations by reviewing complaints, evidence, and conducting interviews. Providing coaching and counseling on performance-related actions, including improvement plans and warnings. Recommending appropriate actions to managers, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Developing and delivering ER-related training sessions for HR teams and managers. Analyzing investigation data and preparing comprehensive reports. Reviewing performance management documentation such as PIPs and warning letters. Maintaining company ER templates and accurate documentation of ER issues. Driving timely and compliant closure of ER matters. Managing day-to-day ER transactions and liaising with stakeholders for progress tracking. Collaborating with the ICC for POSH compliance and risk mitigation.
Ideal candidates will possess:
7-10 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles. An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Exceptional skills in coaching, influencing, conflict resolution, negotiation, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem-solving. Experience in organizational development, change management, and project management. Proficiency in employment law, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to conduct workplace investigations and influence leaders at all levels. Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities. Experience supporting globally diverse and geographically dispersed teams. Familiarity with sexual harassment case handling through ICC is preferred.
