Develop and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with Capgemini's purpose and culture across all business units and geographies.

Design and launch innovative campaigns to enhance the employee experience, from onboarding to special celebrations.

Facilitate direct interactions between employees and senior leadership to promote transparency and strategic alignment.

Collaborate closely with HR, business leaders, and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of engagement programs.

Lead flagship initiatives such as large-scale special programs, "Fun Work" events, "Wellness Week," recognition drives, and "Culture Labs."

Partner to co-create holistic wellness programs promoting mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in marketing, employee engagement, or organizational development.

Proven track record in managing employee engagement within large, complex, and hybrid work environments.

Demonstrated leadership in designing and scaling effective engagement programs for diverse and extensive teams.

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Possess a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle, various wellness frameworks, and the application of engagement analytics.
