Join EY's GRC Technology team as a Business Analyst and Tester, contributing to impactful client engagements and internal projects. This role focuses on implementing technology solutions that enhance risk management, compliance, and governance.

As part of our international network, you'll leverage your expertise in GRC/IRM solutions to help clients navigate complex challenges. We are seeking professionals passionate about technology and its application in creating a better working world.

Collaborate with Solution Designers and Architects to brainstorm solutions and translate business requirements into effective GRC implementations. Map client needs to GRC functionality, advising on best practices for risk management and compliance processes.

Design and develop GRC applications and modules, working within Agile sprints to define user stories for configuring workflows, policies, and UI elements. Conduct comprehensive testing, including functional, regression, and UAT, to ensure solution accuracy and reliability. Drive customer demos and provide clear status updates on testing progress.

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst and Tester specializing in ServiceNow IRM is required. Candidates should possess ServiceNow GRC certifications and hands-on experience with the Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Ideal candidates will have a B.E./B.Tech or MBA degree with a solid understanding of SDLC and STLC. Experience with other GRC tools like Archer, MetricStream, or Enablon is a significant advantage.
