Lead significant Eagle platform transformation and implementation programs, driving enterprise data management and robust investment data and reporting solutions. Oversee data strategy and governance initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder management.

Leverage strong hands-on experience with Eagle investment data management and data warehousing, including deep understanding of data architecture, models, and the investment data lifecycle. Manage and support critical data areas such as Security Master, Holdings, Transactions, Pricing, Benchmarks, Performance, and Corporate Actions. Master data sourcing, ingestion, transformation, validation, enrichment, and distribution processes. Perform detailed investment data reconciliation, conduct exception analysis, and investigate root causes. Utilize strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing extensive investment datasets. Understand investment accounting concepts, portfolio accounting, performance measurement, and downstream reporting.

Conduct large-scale data analysis using SQL and analytical tools. Reconcile positions, transactions, accruals, cash balances, and valuations against upstream and downstream systems. Perform source-to-target mapping and data lineage reviews. Identify and recommend solutions for data quality issues.

Gather and document business requirements, create functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping documents. Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities. Collaborate closely with Operations, Accounting, Performance, and Technology teams.

Coordinate with business users, portfolio accounting teams, custodians, and technology groups. Actively participate in client discussions, requirement workshops, and issue resolution forums. Support SLA-driven delivery and production support activities.

Drive automation for recurring reconciliation and validation tasks. Identify opportunities for enhanced operational efficiency. Contribute actively to knowledge management and best practices repositories.

We seek an experienced Asset & Wealth Management leader with 8-12 years of experience, including substantial expertise in Eagle platform implementations, enterprise data management, investment operations, and analytics. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Eagle PACE is required, alongside at least 8 years in Asset & Wealth Management, Investment Accounting, Reference Data Management, or Investment Operations.

Proven experience leading Eagle implementation, support, migration, or transformation initiatives is essential. Candidates must demonstrate experience managing client engagements, project delivery, and stakeholder communications. Mentoring teams and providing solution leadership across Eagle and data management platforms are key requirements.

Essential skills include strong problem-solving capabilities, effective stakeholder management, proficient requirement gathering and documentation, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced support and delivery environments. Expertise in Asset & Wealth Management, Investment Accounting, Portfolio Accounting, Performance Measurement & Attribution, and Reference Data Management is critical.

Technical proficiencies must encompass Eagle PACE, Eagle STAR, Eagle Data Management (EDM), Eagle Reporting, Eagle Message Center, Eagle Scheduling and Batch Monitoring, Investment Book of Record (IBOR), and Accounting Book of Record (ABOR). Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and profiling, data quality assessment, data reconciliation, root cause analysis, data validation, and data mapping/lineage analysis are also vital.

Desirable skills include Python and Pandas for data analysis and automation, Power BI or Tableau, advanced Excel and Power Query, experience with other EDM platforms like GoldenSource or Markit EDM, and exposure to Cloud and Data Warehouse technologies. CFA or FRM certification, or progress towards it, is a plus.

Soft skills are paramount: a strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset, excellent verbal and written communication, the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams, high attention to detail, strong ownership and accountability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Managerial duties involve leading Eagle PACE/STAR implementation and transformation programs, driving solution design, and managing project delivery, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Team leadership includes mentoring consultants and analysts, driving capability building, and conducting design reviews. Client and Solution Leadership requires acting as the Eagle SME, supporting solutioning, and leading executive-level client discussions. Managerial experience should include 8+ years in Asset Management, 5+ years in Eagle platforms, and proven team and client engagement management, with a strong understanding of Eagle architecture, investment operations, and enterprise data management.
