Seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead SCM Consultant proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules. This role involves leading critical project phases, from initial requirement workshops and solution design through configuration, testing, and ongoing support for global initiatives.

This position offers a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative environment of an office setting.

Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementations and provide support for modules like Self-Service Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics. Utilize tools such as FBDI, ADFDI, and other data migration utilities. Develop comprehensive SCM documentation, including AS-IS, To-Be, Solution Design, BRD, Test Scripts, and User Manuals.

Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), Cutover, and Go-Live activities, including Post-Go-Live support. Work with Oracle EBS modules such as INV, PO, OM, BOM, WIP, Costing, and India Localization. Collaborate effectively with technical teams on interfaces, customizations, and SQL-based data analysis. Manage global support operations, adhering to SLAs, handling Oracle Service Requests (SRs), and resolving escalations. Conduct user training sessions and mentor junior team members.

Requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle EBS R12. A strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles is essential. The ability to write and analyze SQL queries is crucial. Candidates must possess experience in client interaction, effective requirement gathering, troubleshooting complex issues, and producing clear documentation. Proficiency with tools like FBDI, ADFDI, SQL Developer, Toad, and Data Loader is necessary.
