Join our team as an Oracle Projects Functional Lead Consultant, specializing in Enterprise Applications. This role focuses on leveraging your extensive experience in Oracle Application's Project Accounting modules, including Project Costing and Project Billing. You will be instrumental in driving successful implementations, upgrades, and rollout projects for Oracle versions 12.1.3 and above, particularly within manufacturing industries. Your expertise in business-facing roles and adeptness at managing the full project lifecycle from workshops to go-live will be highly valued.

We seek a candidate proficient in both English and Korean, capable of interacting effectively with business users and translating their needs into functional configurations. As a Functional Consultant, you will operate as an individual contributor, delivering end-to-end solutions for implementation and support projects. Key responsibilities include:

- Understanding global solutions and site-specific requirements. - Performing module configurations and conducting unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. - Training core teams and managing CRP/UAT execution. - Resolving user issues in collaboration with stakeholders. - Preparing functional design documents for CEMLI components. - Adhering strictly to project timelines and deliverables. - Maintaining established project standards and procedures. - Developing detailed training and documentation to build internal team capabilities.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Applications, with a strong focus on Project Accounting, Project Costing, and Project Billing modules. Proven experience handling at least 2-3 implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects on Oracle version 12.1.3 or higher is essential. You must demonstrate expertise in configuring solutions for manufacturing industry integrations and possess excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Korean.

Demonstrated experience in business-facing roles, including conducting workshops, CRP, SIT, and UAT, is a must. Knowledge of SQL for query execution and familiarity with Oracle AIM documentation are also required. While not mandatory, knowledge of Project Manufacturing, MFG industry specifics, Auto-Accounting, Subledger Accounting, and Agile environments would be advantageous.
