Drive the implementation of robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.

Define and track Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure service health.

Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management to prevent recurring issues.

Develop and maintain technical runbooks, recovery procedures, and operational reports.

Utilize automation and AIOps for remediation and toil reduction.

Collaborate with engineering and AI operations teams for cross-functional support.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Operations, DevOps, or Production Engineering.

Proficiency in AWS infrastructure, cloud operations, and platform troubleshooting, including Amazon EKS/Kubernetes.

Demonstrated experience in implementing observability, monitoring, and alerting systems.

Strong understanding of incident management, RCA, and problem management principles.

Familiarity with ServiceNow/Jira for managing incidents, problems, and changes.

Experience with automation, AIOps, and reducing operational toil is essential.

Excellent stakeholder communication, technical documentation, and operational governance skills are required.
