As Manager, Business Operations, you will bridge the gap between business leadership, Finance, Talent, Technology, Risk, and Operations. Your focus will be on enhancing governance, streamlining processes, and generating insights to support informed decision-making. Lead cross-functional projects, manage operational excellence, and ensure the timely execution of leadership priorities.

Drive operational governance and ensure adherence to firm policies. Establish and monitor KPIs and dashboards for leadership review. Support business planning and governance forums, coordinating with stakeholders for strategic initiative execution.
Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, defining project plans, managing risks, and tracking progress for leadership updates. Drive issue resolution through effective stakeholder engagement.
Develop executive dashboards and management reports, analyzing metrics to identify trends and opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
Identify process improvement opportunities, drive standardization, and collaborate with technology teams for scalable digital solutions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using operational excellence principles.
Partner with senior leaders across various functions, build strong relationships, and facilitate governance meetings. Influence stakeholders without direct authority and drive adoption of enterprise platforms and business processes. Support change management through communication plans and user training.
Seeking an experienced professional with approximately 7-9 years of total work experience, or 4-7 years post-qualification experience in consulting, internal audit, advisory roles, or within an executive office.
Preferred qualifications include a CA/CIMA/ACCA/ICWA/CMA or a related finance professional degree, an MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1/2 college, or a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
Essential skills encompass strong business and financial acumen, advanced proficiency in MS Excel for modeling, robust data analysis capabilities, and exceptional problem-solving and independent thinking. Expertise in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
