Join Deloitte Shared Services India LLP in Delhi as an Assistant Manager specializing in Scrum Master (PSM). This role is part of the Enabling Areas – Information Technology team, dedicated to developing and maintaining applications that enhance employee experience.

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to guide and coach our software development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of the Scrum framework, including its artifacts and techniques, coupled with the ability to manage projects and deliverables. A proactive mindset, excellent communication, capable leadership, and a commitment to Agile principles are essential for success in this position.

As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in managing project scope and timelines, coordinating crucial agile ceremonies such as sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. You will coach team members on Agile frameworks, foster collaboration and internal communication, and serve as the primary point of contact for external communications with stakeholders. Working closely with product owners, you will manage backlogs and new requests, effectively resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and ensure the team implements changes smoothly and delivers high-quality results at the end of each sprint. Your guidance will be key in helping development teams achieve higher Scrum maturity.

This position requires 4 to 6 years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master. A solid understanding of the Azure DevOps tool is mandatory. Candidates must hold a PSM Certification and possess excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, and automated testing. Familiarity with software development processes and knowledge of other Agile frameworks like Kanban and XP are beneficial. Exceptional communication, servant leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities are also critical. Outstanding organizational skills are necessary to excel in this role.
