Join our Enabling Areas – Information Technology team at Deloitte Shared Services India LLP in Delhi as an Assistant Manager, Scrum Master. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining applications focused on enhancing employee experience.

We are seeking a proactive Scrum Master to lead and mentor our software development team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Scrum framework, its artifacts, and techniques, coupled with strong project coordination and facilitation skills, all driven by a commitment to delivering results.

A strong communicator, capable leader, and dedicated advocate for Agile methodologies are essential qualities for this position.

Your responsibilities will include managing project scope and timelines, coordinating sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. You will coach team members in Agile frameworks, foster internal communication and collaboration, and serve as the primary contact for external communications.

This role involves working closely with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests, resolving conflicts, and removing impediments. You will guide development teams to implement changes effectively, ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards, and help teams achieve higher Scrum maturity.

We require 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a mandatory strong understanding of Azure DevOps. Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is essential.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including "definition of done," user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement. Familiarity with software development and other Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP is beneficial.
