Join our Information Technology team as an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager, focusing on Icertis CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management). This role involves developing, designing, and managing robust CLM solutions. We seek a candidate with proven experience in end-to-end CLM implementations and a deep understanding of contract processes.

Your expertise will be crucial in configuring and customizing CLM modules, including workflows, templates, and approvals. You will also be involved in leveraging Icertis AI capabilities for enhanced contract data extraction, classification, and risk analysis. Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing Icertis CLM modules such as workflows, templates, approvals, contract authoring, clause libraries, and obligation management.

You will implement and optimize Icertis AI features, including contract data extraction, AI-driven clause recommendations, risk identification, and intelligent search.

This role also involves working on contract migration, data extraction, AI model training and validation, and performing system integrations with enterprise applications like Datalake, ERP, CRM, and SAP Ariba. You will also conduct testing, support deployment activities, and create essential documentation and training materials.

We require a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Icertis CLM (ICM) tool configuration and customization.

Essential skills include expertise in configuration aspects like templates, workflows, clause libraries, and playbooks, alongside experience in AI-driven contract migration and data extraction.

Candidates should possess knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and enterprise system connectivity, with working knowledge of SQL, XML, and JSON. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is preferred. A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset is crucial for this role.
