Join our Information Technology team as a Deputy Manager focusing on SAP Sales & Distribution. This role is crucial for enhancing employee experience by building and maintaining critical applications. You will operate at the DSA cluster level, overseeing the SAP Client to Cash process area, and play a key part in business analysis and SAP report development.

This position involves functional aspects, including testing and confirmation, as well as supporting deployed reports. A key responsibility will be identifying critical demands and establishing tracking mechanisms using analytical tools and dashboards to ensure project progress and success.

As a Deputy Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and Deloitte's global SAP technical teams. Your duties will include analyzing business needs, interpreting data, and implementing effective solutions.

A thorough understanding of Deloitte's global SAP template, including S/4HANA transactions and module integrations, is essential. You will be responsible for testing solutions on the SAP S4 HANA UAT instance for global and local change requests, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Indian taxation.

You will also monitor support incidents for timely resolution, develop and deliver training on new features, and create reports and dashboards. This includes drafting functional specifications for interfaces and leading data migration efforts.

We are seeking candidates with a mandatory SAP certification in S4 HANA Sales & Distribution (SD). Exposure to SAP Project System (PS) or working with SAP cross-application time sheet is desirable.

Essential qualifications include 5+ years of business function experience in sales or manufacturing, and 3-5 years of SAP SD or SD/PS module implementation. Experience with SAP developments such as reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements is required, along with the ability to perform standard SAP SD or SD/PS transactions and knowledge of SAP S4 HANA tables.

A strong understanding of SAP GST solutions, support processes, and Agile Scrum methodologies is a must. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are vital. Prior experience in configuring the SAP SD module, including taxation, within the professional services or manufacturing sectors, working independently, is also a key requirement.
