Join our Information Technology team as a Deputy Manager focused on SAP Ariba. This role operates at the DSA cluster level, managing the Procurement to Pay process area, specifically Ariba downstream and S/4HANA integration. You'll be instrumental in business analysis, SAP report development, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our SAP landscape. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP Ariba and its integration with S/4HANA, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You will act as a key liaison, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment with global templates and local requirements.

Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the global SAP technical team, analyzing business needs, and implementing solutions. You will be responsible for testing solutions on SAP S/4HANA UAT, monitoring support incidents with global and local service desks, and developing training materials for new features. Creating reports and dashboards, drafting functional specifications for interfaces, and managing data migration are also crucial aspects of this role. A thorough understanding of SAP S/4HANA tables and Ariba data structures is essential.

You will also be involved in developing business requirement documents and use cases, ensuring solutions align with India's taxation requirements. This role emphasizes proactive monitoring and timely resolution of incidents to maintain operational efficiency.

We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and 5+ years of business experience in Finance and Accounts. A SAP certification in SAP Ariba downstream and demonstrated experience in SAP developments like reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements are required. Proficiency in performing standard SAP Ariba transactions and processing vendor invoices in S/4HANA is a must. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA tables, Ariba data storage structures, and specific know-how in SAP GST solutions and withholding tax are essential. Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are expected.
