Join our Information Technology team as a Deputy Manager specializing in SAP Ariba. This role is instrumental in enhancing employee experience through our robust application infrastructure. You will focus on optimizing procurement-to-pay processes within the SAP ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.

The position involves deep dives into SAP processes, specifically Procurement to Pay via Ariba downstream and S/4HANA integration. Your expertise will drive business analysis, report development, and functional testing, ensuring that our systems meet evolving business needs and compliance requirements.

Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the global SAP technical team to translate business needs into actionable solutions. You will thoroughly understand Deloitte's global SAP template, including performing transactions within S/4HANA and assessing module integrations.

Key duties include testing solutions on the SAP S4 HANA UAT instance for change requests, monitoring support incidents with both global and local service desks, and developing training materials for new features. You will also be responsible for creating reports and dashboards, writing functional specifications, developing business requirement documents, and drafting specifications for peripheral system interfaces.

We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 5 years of business experience in Finance and Accounts, alongside 3-5 years of direct SAP Ariba implementation experience. A strong understanding of SAP Ariba downstream integration with S4 HANA is essential, complemented by hands-on experience in SAP developments like reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements.

Proficiency in performing standard SAP Ariba transactions and processing vendor invoices in S4 HANA is required. Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA tables, Ariba data storage structures, and mandatory SAP GST and withholding tax solutions are critical. Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and a proven ability to work independently, coupled with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, will ensure success in this role. Prior experience configuring the SAP FICO module, including taxation, within the professional services or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
