EY is seeking a Senior EA ERP Finance and PPM professional with extensive experience in Oracle ERP Financials and Fusion Financials. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements using standard methodologies like AIM or OUM, and managing enhancements for Oracle Fusion Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

Engage in client workshops (CRPs), design reviews, and functional fit-gap analyses. You will also be responsible for designing module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion environment, preparing quality deliverables, test scripts, and conducting user training and support.

This position involves assisting business users during critical testing phases (CRPs, SITs, UATs) and supporting the Project Management Office (PMO). Client site work and business travel will be required.

Candidates should possess 6-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years with Oracle Fusion Financials and prior experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. A proven track record of at least three full life cycle implementations, with one on Fusion Financials, is essential.

Experience in client-facing roles, solution design, drafting functional specifications, and managing integrations/data conversion is highly valued. Strong communication skills are crucial for translating requirements into design documents, alongside excellent customer handling and team leadership abilities.

Demonstrated organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary. The ability to quickly absorb complex business knowledge, work effectively in a team, and adhere to release management processes is expected. A valid passport is mandatory for this role.
