This senior role focuses on EA ERP Finance and PPM-Fusion Finance, leveraging your expertise in Oracle ERP Financials and Fusion Financials to drive successful implementations and enhancements.

Spearhead requirements gathering and documentation using AIM/OUM methodologies. Maintain and enhance Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Lead CRP sessions, participate in design reviews, and map client needs to Oracle Fusion Financial Modules. Interpret functional requirements to design and deliver offshore solutions. Develop module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion framework. Capably handle solution design, functional fit-gap analysis, training, and testing sessions. Support business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs, ensuring quality deliverables and preparing test scripts.

Deliver high-quality project documentation and test cases. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for users. Provide crucial support to the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure project success.

A minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience is required, with at least 2 years specifically in Fusion Financials, building upon a strong foundation in Oracle ERP Financials (formerly E-Business Suite). Proven success in at least three full lifecycle implementations, with one including Fusion Financials, is essential. Experience in project accounting and supply chain modules is highly desirable.

Client-facing experience and expertise in handling integrations and data conversion activities are critical. You should be adept at solution design, drafting functional specifications, and driving solutions to completion, including application configuration and test execution. Strong communication, customer handling, and leadership skills are necessary, along with the ability to mentor team members and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are key, as is the capacity to quickly absorb and apply complex business knowledge. You must be a team player, capable of following release management processes and multitasking while focusing on priorities. A valid passport is required for potential client site work and business travel.
