Engage in comprehensive requirements gathering and documentation, adhering to AIM, OUM, or other established methodologies. You will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancements of existing Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

Conduct Configuration, Prototype, and Review (CRP) sessions, actively participating in design reviews and discussions. Map client requirements precisely to Oracle Fusion Financial Modules. Translate functional requirements into deliverable designs from offshore, creating module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion environment. You will also handle Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap analysis, training, and testing sessions, assisting business users during CRPs, System Integration Testing (SITs), and User Acceptance Testing (UATs).

Prepare high-quality deliverables, including test scripts and cases, and conduct necessary training sessions. Provide support to the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure project success.

We are seeking candidates with 8 to 11 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years specifically with Oracle Fusion Financials, building upon substantial experience in Oracle ERP Financials (formerly E-Business Suite). A proven track record of leading a minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations, with at least one on Fusion Financials, is essential.

Experience in a client-facing role, handling integrations and data conversion activities, is highly valued. The role requires expertise in solution design, drafting functional specifications, and driving solutions. Proficiency in application configuration, test case preparation, and execution is also expected. Good-to-have experience includes Project Accounting and Supply Chain modules.

Strong communication skills are paramount, enabling the translation of requirements into design documents. Familiarity with documenting using OUM or similar methodologies is a must. Exceptional customer handling skills, leadership potential, and the ability to mentor team members are crucial. You must be able to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The capacity to quickly absorb and apply complex business knowledge is essential.
