Key responsibilities include leading full life cycle implementations of Oracle ERP Financials and Fusion Financials, with a focus on solution design, functional specifications, and application configuration. You will manage requirements gathering using established methodologies, oversee maintenance and enhancements for Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, FA, CM), and conduct client workshops (CRP, SIT, UAT). This role demands expertise in interpreting functional requirements, designing integrated solutions, and preparing comprehensive documentation and training materials.

Additionally, you will guide business users through testing phases, support the Project Management Office, and ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes. Experience with client-facing roles, integrations, and data conversion is essential.

This position requires 8-11 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years specifically with Fusion Financials and a minimum of 3 years with Oracle E-Business Suite. Proven experience leading at least 4 full life cycle implementations, with one on Fusion Financials, is mandatory. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of project accounting and supply chain modules, demonstrate client-facing capabilities, and be adept at handling integrations and data conversion. A track record in solution design, drafting functional specs, and driving solutions is expected.

Essential skills include strong communication for translating requirements into designs, proficiency in methodologies like OUM, excellent customer handling, and team leadership abilities. The role necessitates working under pressure, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly absorb complex business knowledge, and adaptability in a team environment. Must possess a valid passport, as client site work and business travel are anticipated.
