As a Senior Executive in the Digital Excellence Centre, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern technologies. You'll lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high code quality, adherence to best practices, and the timely delivery of features.

Key duties include applying strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to solve complex technical challenges, developing both backend and frontend components with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL, and building robust applications using RDBMS and NoSQL databases. You'll also implement responsive user interfaces with React.js and backend services with Node.js and FastAPI, while ensuring application security and performance.

We are seeking a Senior Executive with 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience, specifically in building web applications. A proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers is essential.

Candidates should possess sound knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL is required, along with experience in any industry-standard RDBMS/NoSQL databases. Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, along with frameworks like React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI, is crucial.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and experience writing unit tests using Jest, Mocha, and PyTest are highly valued. Comfort working within an Agile methodology and a proactive attitude towards learning and growth are also key attributes for this role.
